学习及工作经历:

1982年元月毕业于四川农学院农学专业,1985年在西北农业大学获得硕士学位,1996年在浙江农业大学获得博士学位,2002年在加拿大Concordia大学作访问学者。玉米研究所教授、博士生导师。

主要从事作物遗传育种和生物技术的教学和科研工作,在家蚕和玉米新品种选育、数量性状遗传、分子遗传和转基因研究等方面成绩突出。先后主持国家自然科学基金、转基因专项、亚洲玉米生物技术网、Rockefeller基金和省部级课题;参加国家科技攻关项目、国家“863”项目和国家“948”、国家“973”项目等。育成春用多丝量家蚕品种“陕蚕三号”、“陕蚕四号”和家蚕高茧层率基础品种以及玉米新品种“川单18”、“川单20”、“川单21”、“川单22”、“川单23”、“川单24”、“川单25”、“川单26”、“川单27”和“川单29”,并通过四川省和国家品种审定。参加完成“玉米新型雄性不育材料的创制、研究与应用”和“四川地方种质和美国玉米种质三高自交系21-ES及18-599、156研究选育”两个课题,分别达国内领先和国际先进水平。主持完成发明专利六项,1999年获国务院特殊津贴,2002年遴选为四川省学术和技术带头人。主编或参编专著3部、教材1部,在国内外发表论文100多篇。
