卢艳丽,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师,玉米研究所所长,国家公派国际玉米小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)留学回国人员。2008年获得教育部国家公派研究生项目的资助,于2008年10月-2009年9月在国际玉米小麦改良中心进行博士论文的合作研究;2009年10月- 2010年6月被国际玉米小麦改良中心聘任为consultant scientist,主要从事热带亚热带、温带玉米种质资源的评价、标记-性状间的全基因组关联分析等;2010年7月-至今在四川农业大学玉米研究所工作,期间先后在华中农业大学和澳大利亚Murdoch大学(访问学者)从事玉米抗逆基因资源发掘与分子育种研究工作。主讲本科生课程《禾本科作物基因组学的研究与利用》、《分子生物学》。现主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金、国际(地区)合作与交流项目、面上项目, “十三五”主要粮食作物分子设计育种项目玉米分子设计育种课题,霍英东基金,四川省青年科技创新研究团队等多项国家级及省部级项目。先后参加了中国工程院院士咨询项目,科技部863 项目,比尔盖茨基金(Bill&Melinda Gates Foundation)资助的非洲玉米耐旱研究等多个项目。近几年来在《Nature Genetics》等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,累计影响因子达115,其中以第一或通讯作者在《PNAS》、《PLoS Genetics》等国际主流期刊发表SCI论文近20篇,累计影响因子近70。参加选育玉米新品种6个,授权国家专利2项,现担任《作物学报》编委、四川省作物学会理事,曾获四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家、四川省科学技术带头人后备人选等多项荣誉称号。目前共指导博士生9名,硕士生18名。

 

研究领域

主要从事玉米重要农艺性状和抗逆性状的遗传解析与分子调控网络研究,玉米基因组结构变异与进化分析,目标性状基金发掘与分子标记开发以及分子育种等研究工作。
