张志明,男,博士,研究员,硕士生、博士生导师。19791月出生,山东省昌乐县人。1997-2001年就读于山东农业大学生命科学学院生物技术专业,20016月获理学学士学位;2001-2006年就读于四川农业大学玉米研究所生物化学与分子生物学专业,2003年批准提前攻读博士学位,并于20067月获理学博士学位;20067月至今在四川农业大学玉米研究所从事教学科研工作;20091月,晋升副教授,20096月批准为“生物化学与分子生物学”专业硕士生导师,20126月批准为“生物化学与分子生物学”专业博士生导师,20133月,晋升研究员。20138月入选第十批“四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选”。201111月至2014年2月在美国冷泉港实验室进行访问学习主持在研国家863项目子课题1项、国家自然基金面上项目1项、四川省科技厅青年基金项目1项、四川省科技厅国际合作项目1项,主持完成四川省教育厅项目2项、教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目1项。获四川省科技奖一等奖2项、二等奖1项,获中华神农科技奖三等奖1项,培育四川省审定玉米品种3个、国家审定玉米品种1,获国家发明专利2项、实用新型专利5项,发表科研论文70余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇。

研究领域

现主要从事玉米抗纹枯病、穗粒腐病及玉米籽粒粒型性状基因的定位、图位克隆、功能验证及功能标记的开发和应用;玉米Mu、EMS、CRISPR突变体库的构建、鉴定及重要基因功能解析等;植物基因组学、生物信息学等。
