沈亚欧,女,1979年10月出生,博士,研究员,博士生导师,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。2014年4月至2015年4月在美国爱荷华州立大学进行访问学习。现主要研究方向为玉米重要性状基因功能及转基因育种,先后完成了玉米幼胚培养相关性状QTL定位、玉米细胞质雄性不育miRNA、玉米纹枯病胁迫miRNA功能、玉米幼胚脱分化分子机理、玉米耐重金属胁迫机理、玉米产量基因克隆及高产转基因玉米新品种培育等领域研究。已创制产量性状明显改善的转基因玉米自交系3个,主研育成玉米新品种汉单999一个,鉴定国家级和省级成果各1项。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、国家973计划项目子课题1项、国家转基因重大专项子课题1项、四川省杰出青年基金1项、四川省教育厅重点项目1项、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划子项目1项。已获授权发明专利2项、实用新型专利8项。 近三年来在《Trends in Biotechnology》、 《PNAS》、 《Plos one》、 《Funct Integr Genomemics》、 《Physiologia Plantarum》等国际主流期刊上发表论文数篇。
