付凤玲(1962-),女,陕西蒲城人,毕业于西北农林科技大学;博士,教授,博士研究生导师,四川省学术与技术带头人后备人选。
主要从事玉米遗传育种、生物技术、外源基因转化及生物统计的教学与研究工作。在玉米组织培养及耐旱生理研究等方面有所探讨,首次提出N6培养基增加钙浓度和添加烯效唑能够有效提高玉米愈伤组织的产量和质量。参加完成的复方蚕用消毒剂获国家专利,主研完成陕南秦巴山区蚕病综合防治技术研究与推广获陕西省科技进步二等奖,川单11号、川单13优化配套高产栽培模式及示范推广获农业部丰收一等奖。主持完成了四川省科技厅、国家自然科学基金项目、国家“863”计划和农业部转基因专项等科研项目。主持或参加完成国家发明专利六项。在Journal of Biotechnology、作物学报、中国农业科学等学术期刊发表学术论文70多篇,参加编写了《田间试验与统计分析》和《试验设计与统计分析》两部教材。参加选育的川单16”川单18”川单20”川单21”川单23”川单25”川单27”等玉米新品种,已通过国家或省级农作物品种审定委员会审定,在四川及西南各省已大面积推广,取得了良好效益。
在玉米遗传育种、植物生物技术和基因工程方向招收硕士、博士研究生。目前在读硕士研究生10人;已毕业硕士研究生10人。
